What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Graduates of Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering from universities

• At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production unit

• Knowledge of Qmex, SAP, ProManage, and MES

• Fluent in English

• Experienced in team management, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong aptitude for teamwork

• Developed follow-up, coordination, and results-oriented skills

• Experienced in process and time management

• Familiar with occupational safety standards

• Proficient in MS Office programs

What We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Ensuring the implementation of the production program in line with the strategic plan,

• Ensuring that production activities are carried out as anticipated in inspections by domestic and international health authorities and in compliance with GMP standards,

• Conducting annual capacity analyses,

• Supporting the determination of overtime and shift needs based on annual capacity utilization analyses,

• Controlling the implementation of unit KPIs and ensuring the sharing of these results,

• Conducting deviation investigations, MBR, and SOP revisions,

• Creating and managing projects with an OPEX perspective, or participating in the relevant project team,

• Making necessary revisions to the SAP system,

• Actively participating in new product transfer efforts.
