We are seeking a skilled surgical Physician Assistant to join a growing ENT and facial plastic surgery practice in the Atlanta metro area.This is a part-time, surgical-focused role with a consistent weekly OR day, assisting in a range of ENT procedures (including assist-eligible cases) as well as select facial plastic surgery cases.This role is ideal for a PA who enjoys the OR, values efficiency, and wants to be part of a high-functioning, private practice surgical team.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>First assist in ENT surgical procedures (assist-eligible cases) ( ie: thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, neck mass removal )</li><li>Assist in select facial plastic surgery procedures (cosmetic and reconstructive)</li><li>Support operative flow, instrumentation, and efficiency</li><li>Participate in patient prep, positioning, and intraoperative support</li><li>Assist with post-operative care and follow-up as needed</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$750&ndash;$1,000 per surgical day (based on experience)</li><li>OR $350&ndash;$450 per case</li><li>Opportunities for increased earnings with higher surgical volume</li><li>Structure designed to align with case complexity and productivity</li></ul>Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per dayExperience:<ul><li>PAC: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>BLS Certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Stockbridge, GA 30281 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
