Physician Assistant - Certified

We are seeking a skilled surgical Physician Assistant to join a growing ENT and facial plastic surgery practice in the Atlanta metro area.

This is a part-time, surgical-focused role with a consistent weekly OR day, assisting in a range of ENT procedures (including assist-eligible cases) as well as select facial plastic surgery cases.

This role is ideal for a PA who enjoys the OR, values efficiency, and wants to be part of a high-functioning, private practice surgical team.

What You’ll Do

• First assist in ENT surgical procedures (assist-eligible cases) ( ie: thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, neck mass removal )
• Assist in select facial plastic surgery procedures (cosmetic and reconstructive)
• Support operative flow, instrumentation, and efficiency
• Participate in patient prep, positioning, and intraoperative support
• Assist with post-operative care and follow-up as needed

Compensation

• $750–$1,000 per surgical day (based on experience)
• OR $350–$450 per case
• Opportunities for increased earnings with higher surgical volume
• Structure designed to align with case complexity and productivity

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per day

Experience:

• PAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
