 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle bookkeeping, data entry, and financial reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communications, scheduling, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel logistics for crews (flights, accommodations, visas, and permits)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with shipping and customs documentation for survey equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain corporate documents and records required by local authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Support management and field teams as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be willing to travel within country when needed
 </li>

 What You Bring

 Diploma or degree in
 
 Accounting, Business Administration
 
 , or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;3 years
 
 of bookkeeping and administrative experience

 Strong computer skills (
 
 Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
 
 )
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 English communication skills
 
 (verbal and written); Arabic fluency an asset

 <li>

 Knowledge of Saudi business compliance (ZATCA, VAT, payroll, or customs)
