Position OverviewThe Automotive Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team while ensuring Mercedes-Benz standards for quality, performance, and customer experience are consistently met. This role combines hands-on leadership with operational accountability, driving excellence in safety, efficiency, and brand representation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and manage a team of automotive professionals to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Mercedes-Benz quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements</li><li>Monitor productivity, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime</li><li>Coach team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and on-the-job training</li><li>Act as the first point of escalation for technical, operational, or personnel issues</li><li>Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance at all times</li><li>Collaborate with management, service advisors, production managers, or sales leadership to align team output with business objectives</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent within the team</li><li>Analyze KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans</li><li>Serve as a role model for professionalism, leadership, and Mercedes-Benz brand values</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in an automotive leadership or supervisory role</li><li>Strong technical or operational understanding of automotive processes (service, manufacturing, or sales, depending on environment)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment</li><li>Proficiency with dealership or production management systems and reporting tools</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Mercedes-Benz brand experience or OEM-level automotive experience</li><li>Formal leadership or management training</li><li>Relevant automotive certifications or trade qualifications</li><li>Experience working with KPIs, lean processes, or continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED10,000.00 per month
