Job Summary

An Automotive Reception Manager oversees front-desk operations at an automotive dealership or service center, ensuring professional customer reception, efficient appointment coordination, and smooth communication between customers, sales, service advisors, and management. This role combines customer service leadership, administrative coordination, and operational support to maintain a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Direct customers to appropriate departments such as sales, service, finance, or parts
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and hospitality
  • Supervise receptionists and Service Advisors
  • Prepare schedules and manage shift coverage
  • Train reception staff on dealership procedures, customer service standards, and phone etiquette
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when required
  • Manage appointment bookings for service and sales consultations
  • Maintain customer records and visitor logs
  • Ensure accurate data entry into dealership management systems (DMS/CRM)
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments
  • Prepare reports related to customer traffic, call volumes, or reception performance
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and professional
  • Monitor office supplies and front-desk inventory
  • Assist with dealership events, promotions, and customer campaigns
  • Support management with general administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in automotive, hospitality, or customer service management
  • Experience supervising front-office or reception staff
  • Familiarity with dealership management software or CRM systems is an advantage

  • Experience working in a car dealership or automotive service center
  • Knowledge of automotive service workflows and dealership operations

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
