 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 The incumbent is required to supervise the warehouse operations of Engineering store of S-29 Facility, having basic understanding of handling/storage of engineering spares &amp; consumable items &amp; their inventory management protocols that are being followed in Pharmaceutical Industry as well. He should have hand on experience of warehouse operations &amp; can supervise the team along with individual task compilation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stake holder management at his level &amp; coordination with Procurement, Engineering &amp; Store teams accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receiving of Engineering spare items, and GRN of received materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Issuance of engineering items as per work order notification &amp; inventory reconciliation of ERSA, UNBW and store's consumables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cycle count of the existing inventory on annual or need basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to coordinate with Procurement &amp; other stake holders for timely receiving of items in the store.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to prepare relevant SOPs &amp; training to his delegates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to follow the compliance &amp; protocols as per management policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely issuance of parts/items as per request of engineering team &amp; maintain the records of the store.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the warehouse teams of all the engineering store &amp; maintain cordial relations within the team, and should be able to lead the team &amp; assign tasks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 
 
 The candidate must have/be
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 a minimum qualification of bachelors, B-Tech, or relevant qualification
 </li>
 <li>
 a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant work experience in the Pharma industry
 </li>
 <li>
 SAP Knowledge &amp; proficient user, and command in MS Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant Job Knowledge (Handling of engineering store)
 </li>
