Assistant Manager Instrumentation & Control

Job summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for making plan, procedures for maintaining and troubleshooting automated instrumentation in pharmaceutical machines & ancillaries.

Job responsibilities:

• Analyzing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
• Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
• Developing and implementing new maintenance procedures.
• Helps in creating OPEX budget.
• Evaluate the operating demands of automation process control machines.
• Perform the upkeep, installation, adjustment, and restoration of various apparatus, process control computers, and electronic instruments.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative control strategies,
• Guiding team in advanced technical and project management skills.
• Having knowledge & ability to read and interpret system diagrams, schematics, code, and software to debug and optimize hardware systems.
• Must be able to use a combination of technical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for complex system

Key requirements:

• A B.E degree in Electronics
• Must have around 6 to 12 years of relevant work experience
