Our team is small and intentional. We move fast, we work hard, we care about people, and we have fun doing it.WHAT YOU'LL OWN&middot; The Founder's calendar. Scheduling, rescheduling, buffer-holding, gatekeeping. You'll be the one who makes her week actually workable.&middot; Travel &amp; speaking logistics. Flights, hotels, itineraries, personal requests for events, and occasionally being on the road with her to help things run smoothly.&middot; Follow-through. Tracking tasks, closing loops, chasing confirmations, making sure nothing drops.&middot; Team-facing coordination. Being the communication funnel between GG and the rest of the team, so everyone gets answers faster.&middot; Light bookkeeping. Occasional invoicing and collecting for speaking engagements.&middot; Light household coordination. Managing her personal calendar and household vendors around her work blocks so her workday stays protected.WHO YOU ARE&middot; Exceptionally organized. You catch what other people miss.&middot; Proactive. You notice what's needed before being asked, and you ask good questions early.&middot; Calm when things are moving fast. Composed with direct, fast-moving communication.&middot; Discreet and trustworthy. Handles personal and business information with total confidentiality.&middot; Punctual. Reliable.
