GG Practice Coaching & Development is looking for a highly organized, proactive person to work alongside our founder, Geri Gottlieb - protecting her time, removing friction from her day, and helping a growing coaching business run like it should.

If you love bringing order to busy environments, you're calm in the middle of other people's chaos, and you're energized by making someone else wildly more effective, this may be for you.

ABOUT US

We're a boutique coaching firm that helps dental practices build stronger teams, clearer leadership, and healthier cultures. Our team is small and intentional. We move fast, we work hard, we care about people, and we have fun doing it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

· The Founder's calendar. Scheduling, rescheduling, buffer-holding, gatekeeping. You'll be the one who makes her week actually workable.

· Travel & speaking logistics. Flights, hotels, itineraries, personal requests for events, and occasionally being on the road with her to help things run smoothly.

· Follow-through. Tracking tasks, closing loops, chasing confirmations, making sure nothing drops.

· Team-facing coordination. Being the communication funnel between GG and the rest of the team, so everyone gets answers faster.

· Light bookkeeping. Occasional invoicing and collecting for speaking engagements.

· Light household coordination. Managing her personal calendar and household vendors around her work blocks so her workday stays protected.

WHO YOU ARE

· Exceptionally organized. You catch what other people miss.

· Proactive. You notice what's needed before being asked, and you ask good questions early.

· Calm when things are moving fast. Composed with direct, fast-moving communication.

· Discreet and trustworthy. Handles personal and business information with total confidentiality.

· Punctual. Reliable. Follows through without being chased.

· Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Keynote and PowerPoint, Zoom, Calendly or other calendaring tools, and able to pick up new platforms with ease.

· Able to hold a boundary gracefully — including with the founder when it's needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

· 2+ years in a personal assistant, executive assistant, operations coordinator, or similar support role.

· Experience supporting a busy founder, physician, or small business owner is a strong plus.

· Familiarity with dental, healthcare, or consulting environments is a bonus, not a requirement.

· A track record of being the person everyone can count on.

THE DETAILS

  • 10–15 hours per week, flexible within business hours
  • $25–30/hour DOE, 1099 Contracted
  • Remote Hybrid · Palm Springs, CA area is a plus
  • Minimal Travel · 2–4 trips per year with GG *Dependent on needs and availability
  • Company computer provided
