Your expertise will help position the firm as a trusted leader in legal services through compelling content, digital outreach, and multichannel marketing initiatives.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the legal industry, focusing on increasing brand awareness and client engagement.</li><li>Manage multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms&mdash;including social media, email, search engines, and print advertising&mdash;to maximize outreach and lead generation.</li><li>Oversee content marketing initiatives by creating engaging blog posts, articles, case studies, and legal insights that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices to improve the firm&rsquo;s online visibility and organic search rankings on search engines like Google.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities for paid media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.</li><li>Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite for digital ads, social media posts, and print materials.</li><li>Analyze website traffic, campaign performance data using Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to optimize marketing strategies effectively.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic planning.</li><li>Collaborate with the product management team to develop promotional materials for new legal services or offerings.</li><li>Maintain budgets for marketing activities ensuring efficient allocation of resources while achieving campaign goals.</li><li>Support sales initiatives by creating targeted messaging that aligns with client needs and firm objectives.</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel campaigns within a professional services or legal environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other performance measurement software.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content development; familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML coding is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing strategies with experience in E-commerce or online service promotion is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail to craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Experience managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords (now Google Ads).</li><li>Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and client preferences to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Budgeting experience for planning and executing cost-effective marketing initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of print advertising processes alongside digital channels is a plus.</li><li>Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams including sales, product management, and creative departments.
