Full job description<ul><li>We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for design, a background in interior design, and proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools, this might be the perfect role for you.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.</li><li>Prepare and modify construction drawings, layouts, and schematics based on client needs and project specifications.</li><li>Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Utilize 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max or similar) to create realistic renderings and models showcasing design concepts.</li><li>Develop photorealistic 3D visualizations for client presentations, enabling visualization of design before implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to refine design concepts and accurately represent ideas.</li><li>Present design solutions, layouts, and 3D visualizations to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process.</li><li>Assist in preparing design presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.</li><li>Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.</li><li>Support the design team in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for projects.</li><li>Ensure precision in measurements, materials, and design elements within AutoCAD drawings and 3D models.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and software in interior design and 3D visualization.</li></ul>If you have an eye for detail, enjoy collaborating with creative teams, and excel in transforming design concepts into reality, apply to join us today!Job Requirement<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and 3D design software for interior design projects.</li><li>Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects or related industries.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant 3D design tools.</li><li>Expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.</li><li>Expertise in all kinds of AI tools available also</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and time management skills.</li><li>Understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
