• We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for design, a background in interior design, and proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools, this might be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and modify construction drawings, layouts, and schematics based on client needs and project specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Utilize 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max or similar) to create realistic renderings and models showcasing design concepts.
• Develop photorealistic 3D visualizations for client presentations, enabling visualization of design before implementation.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to refine design concepts and accurately represent ideas.
• Present design solutions, layouts, and 3D visualizations to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Support the design team in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for projects.
• Ensure precision in measurements, materials, and design elements within AutoCAD drawings and 3D models.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and software in interior design and 3D visualization.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and 3D design software for interior design projects.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects or related industries.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant 3D design tools.
• Expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
• Expertise in all kinds of AI tools available also

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.
