Position Overview
Gifthealth is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our growing Human Resources team. This role will lead the design, implementation, and management of the company&rsquo;s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and employee well-being initiatives. This role ensures that our rewards strategy aligns with business objectives, supports employee engagement, and maintains competitive market positioning. The Total Rewards Manager serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. How You&rsquo;ll Help Us Improve Healthcare<ul><li>
Develop, implement, and manage total rewards programs, including base pay, incentive plans, equity programs, benefits, and recognition initiatives.</li><li>
Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs.</li><li>
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide guidance on compensation decisions, pay structures, and reward strategy.</li><li>
Oversee job evaluation processes, salary structure design, and grading frameworks.</li><li>
Manage annual salary review and bonus processes, including communication to employees and leadership.</li><li>
Collaborate with benefits vendors and manage programs such as health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.</li><li>
Monitor trends, provide analytics and reporting, and recommend improvements to optimize total rewards offerings.</li><li>
Support employee communication and education regarding total rewards programs.</li><li>
Lead special projects related to total rewards strategy, such as mergers/acquisitions, program rollouts, or new policy implementations.</li></ul>
Requirements:

A Few Things About You<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.</li><li>
Experience: 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management, preferably in a mid-to-large sized organization.</li><li>
Skills:
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of compensation structures, incentive plans, equity programs, and benefits administration.</li>
<li>Experience conducting market benchmarking and job evaluations.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in HRIS and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.</li>
<li>Experience with nationwide compensation and benefits programs.</li>
<li>Experience managing change and leading initiatives across multiple teams.</li>
<li>Ability to influence and advise senior leaders.</li>
<li>Experience with Paylocity or similar HRMS preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with Payfactors or similar compensation management platform preferred.</li>
</ul></li><li>Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional); or other professional HR certification preferred.</li></ul>
Our Offer To Ensure You Choose Gifthealth<ul><li>
Competitive Salary: $120-135k annually based on Columbus, OH location. Additional consideration given based on experience and locations outside of Columbus.

Work location: For Columbus based candidates, this role will require a hybrid in-office schedule of 2-3 days per week. For remote candidates, travel to Columbus will be required on a semi-annual basis at a minimum, but potentially more frequent for business needs.</li><li>
