Job BriefEmployment Type: Onsite, Full Time Timings: 12:00-9:00 pm Location: Johar town G4, LahoreKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Validate incoming customer requests, data, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Create, assign, and manage support tickets using the ticketing system.</li><li>Track and monitor ticket status to ensure timely resolution within SLA.</li><li>Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues efficiently.</li><li>Communicate updates and resolutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.</li><li>Identify recurring issues and escalate to relevant teams for long-term solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of validations, escalations, and ticket resolutions</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accurately.</li><li>Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with strong customer service orientation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
