Senior Software Engineer (Node JS)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful & GraphQL APIs using Node.js and modern frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Nest.js, etc).
• Implement microservices architecture, ensuring modular, testable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, API documentation, and automated test suites.
• Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with Express.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and API design principles.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Redis, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS), and caching strategies.
