Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, developing engaging lesson plans, and supporting students' academic and personal growth. This role requires a commitment to educational excellence and the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and fellow educators.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.</li><li>Teach subjects including Math (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus), Literacy Education, Creative Writing, and Physical Education.</li><li>Utilize learning technology to enhance the educational experience and engage students effectively.</li><li>Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.</li><li>Provide mentorship and tutoring to students who need additional support in their studies.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively through established behavior management techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies.</li><li>Engage in public speaking opportunities such as parent-teacher conferences or school events to communicate student progress and school initiatives.</li><li>Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.</li><li>Proven experience working with children in an educational setting; classroom experience is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in proofreading and copy editing.</li><li>Familiarity with various educational frameworks including Montessori and special education practices is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners, including those with special needs.</li><li>Experience in sports coaching or physical education is beneficial for promoting holistic student development.</li><li>Knowledge of academic advising principles and library services can enhance the educational experience for students.</li><li>A commitment to lifelong learning through ongoing professional development opportunities.
