Middle School Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Teach subjects including Math (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus), Literacy Education, Creative Writing, and Physical Education.
• Utilize learning technology to enhance the educational experience and engage students effectively.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide mentorship and tutoring to students who need additional support in their studies.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through established behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies.
• Engage in public speaking opportunities such as parent-teacher conferences or school events to communicate student progress and school initiatives.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting; classroom experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in proofreading and copy editing.
• Familiarity with various educational frameworks including Montessori and special education practices is advantageous.
• Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners, including those with special needs.
• Experience in sports coaching or physical education is beneficial for promoting holistic student development.
• Knowledge of academic advising principles and library services can enhance the educational experience for students.
