We take pride in delivering high-quality legal representation with personal attention to each client.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in our Edison office. This position offers the opportunity to gain substantial courtroom and client-facing experience while working closely with experienced partners and a dedicated support team. You&rsquo;ll handle meaningful work from day one &mdash; appearing in court and bankruptcy meetings, preparing filings, and helping clients through challenging financial situations.Key Responsibilities&middot; Represent clients at Court hearings, 341 meetings, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.&middot; Work directly with partners and staff to prepare and file bankruptcy petitions in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.&middot; Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda for bankruptcy and related litigation matters.&middot; Review and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings in State and Federal Courts.&middot; Maintain regular communication with clients throughout case preparation and representation.Qualifications&middot; Admitted to practice in New Jersey State and Federal Courts.&middot; 1&ndash;5 years of legal experience (bankruptcy or debtor-creditor law preferred) or willing to train&middot; Court appearance experience required.&middot; Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.&middot; Ability to manage a caseload while maintaining high-quality representation.&middot; Experience in debtor representation or bankruptcy litigation a plus.Why Join Our Firm&middot; Collaborative and supportive environment focused on professional growth and mentorship.&middot; Direct access to experienced bankruptcy practitioners and hands-on client work.&middot; Competitive compensation and benefits.&middot; Meaningful opportunities to develop advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re a motivated attorney looking to build your bankruptcy practice with a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and client results, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
