We are seeking a highly experienced, PMP ( Project Management ) Freelance Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for preparing participants for the PMP&reg; and PMI-RMP&reg; (Risk Management) certifications.2. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Industry Customization: Incorporate practical case studies.</li><li>Exam Readiness: Conduct mock exams, analyze results, and provide 1-on-1 feedback to ensure a high pass rate.</li><li>Participant Engagement: Facilitate interactive workshops using hybrid methodologies (Agile for firmware, Waterfall for hardware manufacturing).</li><li>Reporting: Provide GIMIT with daily attendance logs and a final participant performance report.</li></ul>3. Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Certification (Mandatory): Active PMP&reg; or PMI-RMP&reg; certifications.</li><li>Experience: * Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in Defense, Aerospace, or Electronics.</li><li>Soft Skills: Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 15 days
