PMP Trainer

We are seeking a highly experienced, PMP ( Project Management ) Freelance Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for preparing participants for the PMP® and PMI-RMP® (Risk Management) certifications.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Industry Customization: Incorporate practical case studies.
• Exam Readiness: Conduct mock exams, analyze results, and provide 1-on-1 feedback to ensure a high pass rate.
• Participant Engagement: Facilitate interactive workshops using hybrid methodologies (Agile for firmware, Waterfall for hardware manufacturing).
• Reporting: Provide GIMIT with daily attendance logs and a final participant performance report.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification (Mandatory): Active PMP® or PMI-RMP® certifications.
• Experience: * Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in Defense, Aerospace, or Electronics.
• Soft Skills: Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
