We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Interior Design Sales Associate to join our team! This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working with clients, has an eye for design, and is interested in growing long-term in the home and construction industry.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Work one-on-one with customers on projects ranging from a single room to full home remodels</li><li>Assist with selections for flooring, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and more</li><li>Collaborate with homeowners and builders on custom home projects</li><li>Provide a welcoming and helpful showroom experience</li><li>Learn product knowledge, measurements, and estimating</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Interest in interior design, home building, or remodeling</li><li>Basic math skills (for measurements and estimates)</li><li>Willingness to learn &mdash; training is provided</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and looking for long-term employment</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Open Monday&ndash;Saturday</li><li>1&ndash;2 days off per week (rotating schedule)</li><li>Must be available to work some Saturdays</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in the design and construction industry</li><li>Opportunity to grow your skills and career</li><li>Work on a wide variety of projects&mdash;from simple updates to full custom homes</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about design and love helping people bring their homes to life, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li></ul>Work Location: In person
