Interior Design Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Interior Design Sales Associate to join our team! This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working with clients, has an eye for design, and is interested in growing long-term in the home and construction industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with customers on projects ranging from a single room to full home remodels
• Assist with selections for flooring, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and more
• Collaborate with homeowners and builders on custom home projects
• Provide a welcoming and helpful showroom experience
• Learn product knowledge, measurements, and estimating

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Interest in interior design, home building, or remodeling
• Basic math skills (for measurements and estimates)
• Willingness to learn — training is provided
• Reliable, self-motivated, and looking for long-term employment

Schedule:

• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Open Monday–Saturday
• 1–2 days off per week (rotating schedule)
• Must be available to work some Saturdays
