 Position Objective:
 
 
 
 Expand the partner network by attracting new service partners (tire services, car washes, etc.) and achieving monthly partnership goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Search and attract new partners for collaboration (via phone calls and online outreach).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full partnership process &mdash; from initial contact to agreement signing and onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide information about partnership conditions and collect feedback to improve cooperation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support partners and ensure smooth ongoing communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Requirements:
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years of B2B cold sales or partnership development experience (in services, telecom, or digital sectors).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Structured approach to work and attention to detail.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Qualities:

 <li>
 Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curiosity and adaptability &mdash; readiness to learn about logistics and transportation services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;ll consider it an advantage if you have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in building partnership networks or dealer programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in reaching or exceeding KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Age under 32.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Red Flags:

 Lack of cold calling or B2B outreach experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Job hopping (less than 2 years in previous positions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Weak data-driven or structured thinking.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The monthly salary is 80,000 TRY, plus a 20,000 TRY performance bonus. The bonus is paid monthly, and additional sales-based commissions will be introduced later on.
 </li>
