What You Will Do
We are looking for a
Region Director
for our client, a leading global energy drink brand known for its innovative products and dynamic marketing in the beverage industry. Our client is recognized worldwide for energizing consumers, sponsoring extreme sports, and creating unique brand experiences. We are seeking a visionary leader to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and lead high-performing teams across the region.
Key Responsibilities

Identify market opportunities and provide insights to fuel continuous growth.

Design and communicate the commercial calendar based on business opportunities.

Develop clear, measurable priorities, targets, and programs aligned with local market realities.

Support the execution of initiatives to reach company volume, profit, and growth objectives.

Build and implement market and channel strategies to drive profitable expansion.

Collaborate with distribution partners to optimize performance across all key channels.

Lead standout in-store activation programs alongside marketing and trade marketing teams.

Align volume goals (market, channel, mix, phasing) and ensure forecast accuracy.

Develop value chains and channel pricing strategies that secure shelf pricing and customer margins.

Track P&L elements and ensure budget alignment with internal teams and DP finance teams.

Plan and allocate trade spending to maximize distribution, presence, and promotional impact.

Coordinate brand rollout plans and manage cross-functional KPIs.

Lead short- to medium-term demand planning and partner with marketing and DP teams on long-term forecasting.

Define Revenue Management strategies and prepare channel-based mix and pricing plans.

Set channel execution standards to capture incremental volume and profit.

Analyze sales performance, program effectiveness, and activity implementation.

Use Nielsen data to evaluate category and competitive performance and make strategic recommendations.

Design promotional plans to secure displays, drive sales, and maintain profitability.

Monitor DP sales data (e.g., SAP), coverage, inventories, and forecast accuracy.

Coordinate timelines and deliverables across the region and local markets.

Act as a key link between internal teams and distribution partners to ensure timely execution and strong outcomes.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
-
20+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the beverage or CPG industries.
-
20+ years of experience in New Product Development management (preferred).
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-
Strong command of English (preferred).
