We are now seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to elevate our digital presence and drive brand growth through impactful digital strategies.


Role Overview

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement, and business performance across all digital channels. This strategic role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital trends, platforms, and tools. You will work closely with brand, media, e-commerce, and creative teams while reporting directly to the CMO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Şölen’s digital marketing strategy including its applications.
  • Manage digital media planning and performance marketing efforts (including programmatic, social, search, and video)
  • Develop and execute data and application strategy for Solen
  • Oversee social media content strategies and digital campaigns for brand awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with brand teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class digital creative and communication
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key KPIs and analytics tools; optimize based on insights
  • Lead digital footprint of the brands (including website, applications, data strategy and content marketing initiatives)
  • Ensure digital marketing activities are aligned with global brand strategies and local market dynamics
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation across the marketing function


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer brands
  • Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies that drive brand and business results
  • Strong knowledge of digital media buying, social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), SEO/SEM, and performance marketing tools
  • Experience in working with creative and media agencies
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
