Our firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and excels at managing complex estate planning matters.About the RoleThe Estate Planning Paralegal will oversee the day-to-day operations of our estate planning practice, support attorneys in document drafting and case management, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and skilled at guiding clients through sensitive and important life-planning decisions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives</li><li>Manage the intake, organization, and processing of estate planning matters from start to finish</li><li>Coordinate and maintain calendars, client communications, and document execution appointments</li><li>Perform legal research related to estate planning and probate matters</li><li>Review financial and personal information to accurately prepare documents and ensure compliance</li><li>Maintain internal workflows, checklists, and procedures to ensure efficient practice management</li><li>Work closely with attorneys to ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables</li><li>Assist with probate filings and estate administration tasks as needed</li><li>Provide exceptional client service, including status updates and answering client questions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a paralegal in wills, trusts, or estate planning</li><li>Strong understanding of estate planning concepts, legal terminology, and probate procedures</li><li>Excellent drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail</li><li>Professional communication skills and a client-centered approach</li><li>Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office</li><li>Paralegal certification preferred but not required</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li><li>Supportive, collaborative legal team</li><li>Opportunities for growth as we expand our estate planning department</li><li>Meaningful work that makes an impact on families and their futures</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re a dedicated estate planning paralegal ready to take a leadership role, we want to hear from you.
