This position requires excellent organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general correspondence</li><li>Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Maintain office supplies and inventory; place orders when necessary</li><li>Organize and schedule appointments, technician routes, meetings, and events for the pest control department</li><li>Assist with project coordination, including preparing meeting materials and taking meeting notes</li><li>Transcribe documents and maintain accurate office records</li><li>Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed</li><li>Assist the construction department with administrative tasks when required</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong customer service skills and the ability to professionally support clients and employees</li><li>Experience with pest control coordinator, front desk reception, or office administration is a plus</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy office environment</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li></ul>Additional InformationThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
