Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the daily operations of our pest control office desk while providing administrative support across departments. This position requires excellent organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general correspondence
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory; place orders when necessary
  • Organize and schedule appointments, technician routes, meetings, and events for the pest control department
  • Assist with project coordination, including preparing meeting materials and taking meeting notes
  • Transcribe documents and maintain accurate office records
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed
  • Assist the construction department with administrative tasks when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to professionally support clients and employees
  • Experience with pest control coordinator, front desk reception, or office administration is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy office environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
