 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This critical role involves overseeing the entire Managed Services portfolio, driving
 
 operational excellence and

 , and ensuring
 
 high customer satisfaction
 
 across both IT and OT domains for our enterprise and government clients.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Strategic Leadership:
 
 Lead and expand the Managed Services business unit across KSA, developing and executing a dynamic, visionary strategy aligned with the company&rsquo;s ambitious growth objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Business &amp; Financial Management:
 
 Hold
 
 P&amp;L accountability
 
 , consistently meeting revenue and margin targets. Define and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Service Delivery Excellence:
 
 Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring excellence, strict
 
 SLA compliance
 
 , and continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stakeholder &amp; Customer Management:
 
 Work closely with regional leadership and global delivery centres to design and deliver high-value services. Build and strengthen relationships with
 
 key accounts
 
 in government, energy, utilities, and enterprise sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Team Development:
 
 Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing, transparent team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Be responsible for effective hiring, development, and performance evaluation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Technical &amp; Professional Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven, substantial
 
 track record in managed services leadership
 
 within the IT and/or OT industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in
 
 P&amp;L ownership
 
 and achieving ambitious growth targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of service management frameworks (e.g.,
 
 ITIL, ISO
 
 ) and managed services business models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior exposure to the
 
 Saudi Arabian market
 
 and customer ecosystem is highly desirable.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Skills &amp; Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
 
 skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to
 
 foster a strong team culture
 
 with open and transparent communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 B.Sc. in Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
 </li>
 </ul>
