 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Observing and collecting data&rsquo;s of lost times in OEE for overall operation and analyzing the data to identify root causes and create solutions for improving process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate in benchmark activities with global teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Define, plan, coordinate and follow up projects to implement new processes and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing Work Instructions to standardize of production process and equipment&rsquo;s
 </li>
 <li>
 Defining SMART targets for production teams and controlling results with strict follow ups and audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting cross-functional FMEA teams with exact outputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing production outputs to other responsible(s) for new investments &amp; CAPEX projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand global requirements and working with teams to reach expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekly &amp; Monthly review meetings with global teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing of Lean Production applications and mindset at shopfloor
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyses over customer demands and claims with using of Quality Core Tools (8D, Fishbones, 5WHY's etc.)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from Engineering departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in a production companies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (Currently active verbal and written English),
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent knowledge in Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP etc),
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent knowledge in Problem Solving Tools (8D, tPS, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc),
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Completed military service for male candidates,
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing in Istanbul Europe side.
 </li>
