Observing and collecting data’s of lost times in OEE for overall operation and analyzing the data to identify root causes and create solutions for improving process,
Collaborate in benchmark activities with global teams
Define, plan, coordinate and follow up projects to implement new processes and equipment
Preparing Work Instructions to standardize of production process and equipment’s
Defining SMART targets for production teams and controlling results with strict follow ups and audits
Supporting cross-functional FMEA teams with exact outputs
Providing production outputs to other responsible(s) for new investments & CAPEX projects
Understand global requirements and working with teams to reach expectations
Weekly & Monthly review meetings with global teams
Implementing of Lean Production applications and mindset at shopfloor
Analyses over customer demands and claims with using of Quality Core Tools (8D, Fishbones, 5WHY's etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from Engineering departments,
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production companies,
Excellent command of English (Currently active verbal and written English),
