The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive user interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging digital solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.</li><li>Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation matches design intent.</li><li>Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.</li><li>Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and technologies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1 &ndash; 1.5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.</li><li>Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.</li><li>Ability to create interactive prototypes and flows.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
