About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive user interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation matches design intent.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 – 1.5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and flows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
