We are in the pursuit of finding someone ready to discover untapped talent, handle the overall organisational growth and enable people to develop successful careers.Objectives of the roleAbility to hire sales profiles and sound knowledge in end to end recruitementWork closely with senior HR managers to better understand the hiring needs of the company across various verticals and rolesManage the full recruiting lifecycle, as a talent acquisition specialist, HR head-hunter and HR recruiterFoster and build relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing rolesCoordinate and partner with the talent acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategiesResponsibilitiesDesign and implement job descriptions as per the guidance of HR managersWrite and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media portalsScreen incoming resumes from potential candidates and maintain the application forms and database through the entire span of the hiring processIdentify future hiring needs and collaborate with senior HR managers to work toward the sameRequired skills and qualificationsPrevious work experience as an HR recruiter or a similar role in HR talent acquisitionOutstanding oral, written and interpersonal communications skillsKnowledge of productivity software, database management and internet search methodsExperience working with computer systems for HR and navigating job boardsPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent) in human resource management, human resource hiring or related field1.5-2 years Experience in HR recruiter hiring and developing recruitment strategiesKnowledge of content management systemsThe drive to grow professionally through networking and training opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentFemales are eligibleJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;250,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
