Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
• Experience:
• 2-3+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.

Working Conditions:

• Hours: Full-time, with occasional extended hours as needed.
