We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical services within our program at Glass City Behavioral Healthcare. This role is responsible for delivering individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, completing clinical documentation, and providing supervision oversight in accordance with state and accreditation standards.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Oversees the performance of chemical dependency counselor&rsquo;s, interns, and other mental health profession assessments to assure that client care needs are identified and incorporated in the treatment plans.&middot; Ensures proper staffing for all programs&middot; Collaborates with directors and coordinators of other services within GCBH (i.e. school supervisor) as it pertains to client care and ongoing services.&middot; Collaborates with referral sources and educates the community about services at GCBH.&middot; Oversees quality improvement activities including peer reviews and chart reviews.&middot; Oversees credential requirements ensuring all standards or practice are being met&middot; Conducts mental health assessments screening tools.&middot; Conducts psychotherapy or expressive groups as determined by level of licensure and assignment.&middot; Conducts individual therapy sessions.&middot; Assumes responsibility associated with case management of clients on his/her case load as needed.&middot; Documents all interactions with clients in the clients&rsquo; individual file.&middot; Conducts weekly/biweekly clinical team meetings with all supervisors at designated locations including employees and interns.&middot; Appropriately documents all supervision sessions.&middot; Reviews all clinical documentation of supervisors including assessments, progress notes, and all other relevant clinical documentation.&middot; Meets with intern&rsquo;s school supervisors to provide updates on intern&rsquo;s progress.Qualifications:&middot; Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or another relevant field.&middot; Active LISW license in the state of Ohio (required)&middot; Three years of experience in working with adults or any combination of education and experience.&middot; Clinical theory and specific techniques of intervention.&middot; Supervisory skills and methods including multicultural issues.&middot; Knowledge of community resources and the ability to employ knowledge in a clinically sound discharge plan for all client groups.&middot; Ability to organize a complex workload so that all pertinent issues are addressed in a timely fashion and documented when necessary, including basic computer skills&middot; Knowledge of various schools of individual therapy and the ability to use clinical knowledge to intervene therapeutically with difficult clients.&middot; Ability to establish good rapport and demonstrate a positive public relations image in working with the public, clients, families, significant others, and other staff&middot; Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.&middot; Ability to interact effectively with clients in an empathic and professional manner.This role is ideal for passionate social work professionals eager to lead impactful change while advancing their career in a supportive environment dedicated to excellence in behavioral health.Benefits Include:&middot; CEU Trainings&middot; Medical/dental/vision insurance (no premium)&middot; 401 (k) with employer match option&middot; 14 paid holidays&middot; ***Sign on bonus $3,000***Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Clinical Supervisor- Licensed Independent Social Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director specializing in Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) to provide clinical services within our program at Glass City Behavioral Healthcare. Our Behavioral Healthcare program services children and adults. This role is responsible for delivering individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, completing clinical documentation, and providing supervision oversight in accordance with state and accreditation standards. The Director bridges administrative /clinical functions, develops policies, and drives performance improvements. Key duties include supervising, mentoring clinical staff, and optimizing client outcomes through evidence-based practices.Duties&middot; Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans&middot; Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed&middot; Provide clinical supervision and sign-off for staff working toward independent licensure&middot; Ensure all services are compliant comply with Ohio Administrative Code, Medicaid standards&middot; Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews&middot; Oversee the performance of Clinical Supervisors, counselors, and interns to ensure that client care needs are identified and incorporated in the treatment plans.&middot; Work collaboratively with Social Workers to provide training to help ensure clinical staff are competent in providing treatment services.&middot; Identifies and communicates management decisions to staff.&middot; Oversee quality improvement activities including peer reviews and chart reviews.&middot; Attend clinical and administrative meetings.&middot; Manage risks and oversee quality assurance.&middot; Provide clinical consultation/supervision to staff.&middot; Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.&middot; Conduct audits to ensure compliance.&middot; Conduct monthly supervision meetings with social workers.&middot; Maintain communication with senior management.&middot; Maintain professional licensure.Qualifications:<ul><li>Active LISW license in the state of Ohio (required)</li><li>LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Work</li><li>Experience in mental health treatment (children/adolescents preferred)</li><li>Experience with behavioral health settings is a plus</li><li>Strong documentation and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in working in the field of counseling, psychology, or social work.</li><li>Clinical knowledge of theories and specific techniques of intervention.</li><li>Supervisory skills and methods including multicultural issues.</li><li>Knowledge of community resources and the ability to employ knowledge in a clinically sound discharge plan for all client groups.</li><li>Ability to organize a complex workload so that all pertinent issues are addressed in a timely fashion and documented when necessary, including basic computer skills</li><li>Knowledge of various schools of individual therapy and the ability to use clinical knowledge to intervene therapeutically with difficult clients.</li><li>Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with clients in an empathic and professional manner.</li><li>Knowledge of professional counseling ethics.</li></ul>Benefits Include:CEU TrainingsMedical/dental/vision insurance (no premium)401 (k) with employer match option14 paid holidays***Sign on bonus $3,000***Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toledo, OH 43614
