As we grow, we&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, organized, and sales‑minded Auto Glass (Office)- Internal Sales Representative to keep our automotive glass department running efficiently.
Position Overview
This role is strongly supporting our auto shop team. You&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for customers, the person who schedules jobs, orders glass, coordinates with technicians, and keeps the workflow moving. If you&rsquo;re someone who enjoys multitasking, talking with customers, and keeping operations organized, this is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service</li><li>
Sell auto glass services over the phone and convert leads into scheduled jobs</li><li>
Book appointments, manage the daily schedule, and coordinate with technicians</li><li>
Order auto glass and materials from suppliers</li><li>
Track inventory and ensure parts arrive on time</li><li>
Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records</li><li>
Map mobile technicians' route for daily jobs</li><li>
Handle billing, payments, and basic office administration</li><li>
Communicate with insurance companies when needed</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience in customer service, office administration, or dispatching</li><li>
Strong phone communication and sales skills</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment</li><li>
Basic knowledge of auto glass or automotive services is a plus (but not required)</li><li>
Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer tools</li><li>
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently</li></ul>
