Auto Glass Office - Internal Sales Representative

As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and sales‑minded Auto Glass (Office)- Internal Sales Representative to keep our automotive glass department running efficiently.

Position Overview

This role is strongly supporting our auto shop team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, the person who schedules jobs, orders glass, coordinates with technicians, and keeps the workflow moving. If you’re someone who enjoys multitasking, talking with customers, and keeping operations organized, this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Sell auto glass services over the phone and convert leads into scheduled jobs
• Book appointments, manage the daily schedule, and coordinate with technicians
• Order auto glass and materials from suppliers
• Track inventory and ensure parts arrive on time
• Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records
• Map mobile technicians' route for daily jobs
• Handle billing, payments, and basic office administration
• Communicate with insurance companies when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office administration, or dispatching
• Strong phone communication and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic knowledge of auto glass or automotive services is a plus (but not required)
• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer tools
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
