Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall, your skills will help elevate our venue&rsquo;s reputation for excellence and hospitality.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming environment.</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end.</li><li>Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items or catering orders at events like banquets or private parties.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.</li><li>Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by verifying customer age and monitoring intoxication levels to promote safety.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards.</li><li>Proven ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Experience with retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and familiarity with hospitality industry standards.</li><li>Prior work in food industry roles such as food service or catering enhances your ability to adapt quickly.</li><li>Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your skill set in creating unique drink offerings.
