Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items or catering orders at events like banquets or private parties.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by verifying customer age and monitoring intoxication levels to promote safety.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Prior work in food industry roles such as food service or catering enhances your ability to adapt quickly.
