We believe that complex systems can still deliver simple, intuitive user experiences.We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who will define and elevate our design standards across internal and client-facing platforms. This is a leadership role where you will shape product experiences, guide design decisions, and ensure usability across highly technical environments.You will collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into clean, user-friendly interfaces.Why Work With UsThe Environment Our office is based in a central Doha business district with a professional and collaborative atmosphere that supports focus and creativity.Design Ownership You will play a key role in defining how our digital tools are designed and experienced across multiple projects.Modern Tools We use Figma for design and collaborate closely with development teams working in modern web technologies.Career Growth We support continuous learning through training opportunities and exposure to large-scale infrastructure and digital transformation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign System Ownership Maintain and improve our design components and ensure consistency across all platformsEnd to End Product Design Lead the full design lifecycle from research and wireframes to high fidelity prototypes and implementation supportTeam Leadership Guide and mentor designers, conduct reviews, and improve overall design qualityUser Research and Validation Conduct usability testing and use data insights to inform design decisionsStakeholder Collaboration Present design concepts clearly and align solutions with business and technical requirementsWhat We Are Looking ForExperience Minimum 6 years of experience in product design UX UI with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership rolePortfolio Strong portfolio demonstrating complete design processes including research, problem solving, and delivered outcomesTools Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, prototyping, and design systemsCommunication Skills Strong English communication skills required for collaboration with technical and business teamsMindset Practical and solution oriented with the ability to balance quality and delivery timelinesApply NowPay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
