 Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

 Analyze project progress and forecast timelines, identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation measures.

 Optimize resource planning to meet project milestones and deadlines.
 </li>

 Identify project risks, perform impact assessments, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

 Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align planning objectives with project deliverables.

 Lead meetings to present project schedules and updates to clients and internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including critical path analysis and earned value management (EVM).
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish KPIs and ensure project performance aligns with contractual requirements.

 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of five years of planning experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record in delivering large and complex projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project control systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP (Project Management Professional), PSP (Planning &amp; Scheduling Professional), or similar certifications are preferred.

Planning Engineer

 Assist in conducting quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities by reviewing drawings and specification sheets.

 Support in preparing and presenting order of cost estimates and developing cost plans.

 Help in evaluating construction works and producing interim and final payment recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in assessing and valuing changes and variations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all costs and quantity records are organized and maintained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customer requirements in accordance with business procedures.

 <li>
 Assist in assembling and contract documentation.
 </li>

 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction methods and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong analytical and logical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and cost planning techniques.
