ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Primary Role of a School Principal is to guide, lead and oversee daily operations, academic programs and the overall growth of the school.Academic Leadership: <ul><li>Set academic goals and standards in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.</li><li>Supervise and support teachers in lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.</li><li>Monitor student progress and academic performance.</li><li>Personally oversee Grade 9-10 curriculum planning and implementation.</li><li>Create the timetable, co-scholastics, exam schedule, and exam-related materials along with the Vice Principal and Coordinators.</li><li>Collaborate with concerned departments to plan school events such as celebrations, annual day, sports day, etc., ensuring their smooth execution.</li><li>Regularly conducting classroom observations to assess teaching quality, student engagement, and instructional effectiveness.</li><li>Devote a fixed number of periods in a week to teaching the student.</li></ul>Student Welfare: <ul><li>Address student concerns promptly, implement retention strategies such as academic support programs, and foster a sense of belonging within the school community.</li><li>Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.</li><li>Address disciplinary issues and promote positive behaviour.</li></ul>Administrative Leadership: <ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.</li><li>Implement policies and procedures in line with CBSE guidelines.</li><li>Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities effectively.</li><li>Oversee the admission process.</li></ul>Financial Management: <ul><li>Develop and manage the school budget efficiently.</li><li>Develop and implement a robust fee collection strategy to ensure timely and complete payments from parents/guardians.</li><li>Monitor fee payment deadlines, follow up on outstanding payments and initiate appropriate actions for non-compliance.</li><li>Approval of vendor invoices and bills to maintain financial transparency and accuracy.</li></ul>Compliance and Governance: <ul><li>Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, including academic standards, examinations, and reporting.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and reports for school performance and activities.</li><li>Uphold ethical standards and promote transparency in school operations.</li></ul>Staff Management: <ul><li>Recruit, hire, and train qualified teaching and administrative staff.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development opportunities.</li><li>Promote teamwork and a positive work culture among the staff.</li><li>Conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions to identify staff needs and address issues that may affect the retention of talented and dedicated staff.</li></ul>Community Engagement: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders.</li><li>Represent the school in external forums and networking with educational organizations.</li><li>Stay updated on educational trends, research, and best practices.</li></ul>Crisis Management: <ul><li>Be prepared to handle emergencies or crises that may arise within the school.</li><li>Implement safety protocols and procedures for various scenarios.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders during crises.</li></ul>Qualification and Experience:Post-graduate, B.Ed/M.Ed.Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;90,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
