This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to unlock valuable insights that propel our business forward.Duties<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications. </li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to communicate complex data insights effectively. </li><li>Conduct comprehensive data analysis utilizing SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Design and optimize databases with expertise in database design principles using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms. </li><li>Support Agile project management practices by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of solutions. </li><li>Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality standards are met from initial planning through deployment. </li><li>Automate workflows and reporting tasks using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or other scripting languages to enhance efficiency. </li><li>Integrate linked data sources to create comprehensive datasets that support advanced analytics initiatives. </li><li>Collaborate with technical teams on the development of data pipelines using Talend or similar ETL tools for seamless data integration. </li><li>Assist in database design improvements and schema development to support scalable analytics solutions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in business analysis with strong understanding of analytics concepts and techniques. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL programming for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar visualization tools for creating insightful dashboards. </li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices to facilitate collaborative project execution. </li><li>Knowledge of SDLC processes ensuring structured development cycles for software projects. </li><li>Technical skills in R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Talend, Oracle databases, and Microsoft SQL Server are highly desirable. </li><li>Strong database design skills coupled with expertise in linked data integration for comprehensive analysis. </li><li>Ability to interpret complex datasets using advanced analysis skills to support strategic decision-making. </li><li>Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
