We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office assistant to maintain a friendly and efficient office environment for Plumbing Contractor company. Responsible for all data entry, tracking, compose/edit documents with a high degree of accuracy and other related clerical duties. Supports manager(s) through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform general office clerk duties and errands</li><li>Handle incoming calls and other communications</li><li>Request quotes, purchase, track and schedule material</li><li>Enter order details (e.g. vendors, description, prices) into database</li><li>Data entry for accounts receivable/payable</li><li>Assist office managers with day-to-day duties</li><li>Help organize and maintain office common areas</li></ul>Skills and Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to work well under limited supervision</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Proficiency computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow with the company</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and Personal Vehicle</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
