We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office assistant to maintain a friendly and efficient office environment for Plumbing Contractor company. Responsible for all data entry, tracking, compose/edit documents with a high degree of accuracy and other related clerical duties. Supports manager(s) through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Request quotes, purchase, track and schedule material
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, description, prices) into database
- Data entry for accounts receivable/payable
- Assist office managers with day-to-day duties
- Help organize and maintain office common areas
Skills and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
