This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise while supporting a thriving aesthetic community.Duties<ul><li>Greet clients warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure a positive first impression.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, coordinating with practitioners to optimize daily flow.</li><li>Provide basic information about treatments and retail products to clients.</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone, SMS and email, providing detailed information about services and promotions.</li><li>Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.</li><li>Maintain accurate cash handling, perform cashiering duties, and process transactions with attention to detail.</li><li>Record HIPAA compliant client information, forms, treatment charts, and medical evaluations.</li><li>Restock retail shelves, organize merchandising displays, and ensure the cleanliness of the front desk area.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous Med Spa experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette to connect effectively with clients.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs better.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, time management and multitasking ability.</li><li>A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
