Duties
- Greet clients warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, coordinating with practitioners to optimize daily flow.
- Provide basic information about treatments and retail products to clients.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone, SMS and email, providing detailed information about services and promotions.
- Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, perform cashiering duties, and process transactions with attention to detail.
- Record HIPAA compliant client information, forms, treatment charts, and medical evaluations.
- Restock retail shelves, organize merchandising displays, and ensure the cleanliness of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous Med Spa experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette to connect effectively with clients.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs better.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and multitasking ability.
