Job Description &ndash; Sales &amp; Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Amravati, Gondia &amp; Yavatmal Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: &#8377;15,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per monthKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, social media, and networking.</li><li>Promote company products/services to prospective customers.</li><li>Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, events, and branding.</li><li>Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs.</li><li>Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and communication records.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and operations team to achieve monthly targets.</li><li>Assist in creating marketing content for digital platforms (optional).</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.</li><li>Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.</li><li>Willingness to travel as part of field work.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Freshers with strong communication skills can apply; experience is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
